Lauren Ashley Dupre’, CPA, has been part of HR One since its founding in 2005 and now serves as President. A licensed CPA in Louisiana since February 2017, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from McNeese State University in May 2014.
Lauren specializes in business formation, multi-state tax compliance, payroll oversight, and strategic advisory services for growing businesses across Louisiana and Texas. She is passionate about helping new business owners build strong financial foundations and positioning established companies for long-term success.
Leslie Augustine – Founder & Senior Tax Advisor
Leslie Augustine founded HR One in 2005 with a vision to provide businesses and individuals with reliable, personalized payroll and tax services rooted in integrity and exceptional client care.
With extensive experience in tax preparation and compliance, Leslie remains actively involved in the firm, providing trusted guidance and mentorship while continuing to serve clients throughout Louisiana and Texas.
